Whether you’re having company over or curling up to watch your favorite movie, consider lighting a few candles. Although it’s popular to read books online these days, I still love collecting books and, of course, enjoy reading them. Usually our status is determined by the amount of money we have. Whether we like it or not it is the truth of this life. If you don’t have a lot of money in your wallet, that is not the reason for you to be upset. Don’t be obsessed with the idea to get rich, just try to enjoy all the blessings you’ve got. Some things are more valuable than money and we must appreciate them by all means. Take a look at the list of a few great things that really matter to us. If you own at least one of these values, you are the richest person in the world!

1. Health

Health
There are some rich people who can’t be happy because they suffer from different diseases. Even huge sums of money don’t help them to improve their health. Surely, when you have money you can avoid numerous health problems as you will have more opportunities to lead a healthy lifestyle. However, money will never provide you with perfect health. Pay much attention to your health. It is the most precious thing you’ve ever had.

2. Family

Family
To my mind, family is one of those things that make us truly happy. Money can’t be more important than your close people and warm relationships with them. No money can replace your family. Despite all the problems and difficulties that you can face during a lifetime, your family members will always stay with you. They will support you not because of your status but simply because they love you. That’s why you should care for them whenever possible.

3. Children

Children
Having a child is one of the greatest blessings. Your baby is a special gift given to you by nature. Can money bring you more happiness than a smile of your child? Nowadays lots of families are unable to give birth to a baby. Due to this they suffer greatly. These people are ready to spend all their money in order to change the situation, but that doesn’t help them. So, if you have your own children, you should definitely give them all your love and attention no matter how busy you are. Adopting a baby can be a nice solution for those who are not lucky enough to have their own kids.

4. Friends

We can hardly imagine our life without friends as only they will make us feel joyful and they will support us whatever happens. Finding true friends is not an easy thing to do. If such people surround you, cherish and appreciate them as much as you can. Keep in mind that your friends are your second family. The main difference is that you are free to choose your friends from hundreds of people who are around you, but you can never choose your family.

5. Love

Love
Love is another thing that fills our life with sense and joy. I think it’s impossible to buy person’s affection, even though you are a millionaire. Feelings and emotions can’t be bought. If you have the loved one, you should treasure every moment spent with him. No one else will complete you and understand you like he does. This person will always make you smile and inspire you for good things. Isn’t it a reason for you to live and to be happy?

6. Freedom

Freedom
We rarely think about our freedom and its importance for us. Most people usually take it for granted while there is a great number of countries in the world where citizens are not free to do what they want. Freedom is necessary for us to preserve our individuality and choose what we like. We must honor those people who protect our freedom.

7. Happiness

Happiness
All humans on the Earth regardless their age, sex and status need happiness. Everyone has different perception of happiness. For someone buying a new house can be the happiest moment of the whole life, but for others having a baby is more desirable event. One way or another we feel miserable and depressed when we can’t get those things that are associated with happiness. We should remember that it will never come to us with riches. True friends and positive emotions will make you the happiest person in the world.

8. Compassion

Compassion
Compassion is an indispensable part of our relationships with others. There is no true love and true friendship without compassion. It would be terrible to live on the planet where people don’t have compassion. If you have compassion in your heart, you can be sure that you are an incredibly rich person. Compassion is not something you can purchase. Even the biggest bank accounts will not help those people who have cold hearts.

9. Your Safety

In my opinion, our safety is extremely valuable for us. When you are safe you feel comfortable and relaxed. Otherwise you will live in fear for your life and lives of those you love. I should say that money will not solve your problem. Sure, rich people may have plenty of bodyguards who go along with them everywhere. Still, it doesn’t mean they are completely protected. Thus, your safety matters more than money.
Having a lot of money is definitely good for us. Being rich, people can afford different things that bring them pleasure. But we have some blessings in our life that are immeasurable. You can’t buy love, friendship and your health either. Do you feel unhappy because you can’t get rich? Remind yourself of all the things mentioned above and you will see how lucky you are. Simple Ways to Spring Clean Your Home Faster

Looking for ways to spring clean your home in no time? Good. I’ve got some tried and tested ways that I’m going to share with you. Spring cleaning is one of my favorite things about the spring season, but unfortunately, I can’t enjoy it to the fullest since my schedule is always overloaded. So I’ve found a few ways to spring clean my home fast that are also great for those who don’t like cleaning.
Simple Ways to Spring Clean Your Home Faster

1. Clean mini blinds

Yes, I want to start with the worst part about spring cleaning. I’m sure many of you would agree that cleaning mini blinds is a great pain. However, I’ve learned a small tip that makes it really easier. Just take your mini blinds down and wash them in the bath. They’ll be cleaner in no time!

2. Wash your walls

If you used to wash your walls by hand, this spring try washing them with a mop instead. This will save you a lot of time, I promise! Now that I know this little trick, washing my walls isn’t a big problem anymore. Give it a try and you will never think of washing the walls as a great pain.

3. Clean your oven

I don’t understand those people who clean their oven by hand when they have a self-cleaning one. A self-cleaning oven works amazingly and is so easy to operate. If you have a self-cleaning oven, just turn it on and it will do its thing. While it’s cleaning, the oven gets extremely hot and there can be a terrible smell, but you can go outdoors to avoid the smell, or do another chore to complete your spring cleaning faster.

4. Give your carpets to the professionals

If you have carpets, I suggest you to hire them done. It’s better and easier. It’s also incredibly time-saving. The professional knows what they’re doing and they can be more experienced at stain removal than you are. If you can afford, give your carpets to the professionals.

5. Purchase a ceiling fan cleaner

Purchase a ceiling fan cleaner so that you don’t have to climb up and take it all apart. Indeed, there’s a great device that you can purchase that cleans the ceiling fan. It’s like a duster but created to fit over every blade. While you still should clean the globes, it helps save you immense amounts of time and headache.

6. Clean your curtains

If you have trouble cleaning your curtains, I recommend doing all of your curtains at once. Take the day, take your curtains down and wash them. After washing, hang your curtains back up. Don’t forget to check the instructions and learn how to properly launder them. Maybe your curtains are dry clean only ones. Follow the instructions on the label and you won’t have any problems.

7. Don’t do it alone

If you share a home or if you have a big family, don’t do your spring cleaning alone, it’s just too much for one person. Have everybody muck in and help and you’ll get it done quicker and you will even have time for a spring picnic or family BBQ.
